In his speech at the ceremony, Lin mentioned that writers are also part of the population movement. They have come to Guangdong from all over the world to observe with their own eyes. "Now that the Guangdong literary circle is still in the process of change, I hope writers can slowly settle down and capture the new position of their writing from this change," he added.
他在获奖感言中提到，作家也是人口流动中的一部分，他们南来北往地来到了广东，以自己的眼光去观察。现在广东文坛还处在变化的过程中，我希望作家们能够慢慢沉淀下来，从这种变化中捕捉到写作的新定位。

The prolific writer said that Guangdong now has writers from all over the country with different regional cultural backgrounds. They bring their literary elements here and create a new style of literature. "I think the literary prospect of the Greater Bay Area is probably the prospect of integrating, precipitating, and re-creating a unique culture for the world," he further added.
广东现在有来自全国各地、拥有不同区域文化背景的作家，大家把自己的文学元素带到新的土地上来，又在这里上升为文学的新路径。我想大湾区的文学前景，大概就是将各地文化的融合、沉淀、再创造的前景。
